Red pepper purée. Made only from sound, mature red peppers, free of mould and infestation. Process: Grinding, sieving (1.2mm mesh), citric acid addition if pH is > 4, pasteurization (96-102 °C) and then it gets filled into aseptic packaging, canned or in pouch, the  pepper puree is prepared from ripened, washed, sorted, cleaned, and pitted peppers. The fruit is pureed and passed through finishers to achieve desired texture. The product contains no preservatives.  The pepper puree is then processed through a final finisher screen.

The pepper puree can be stored at room/ambient temperature, so refrigeration is not needed. The peppers come prepared from clean, healthy, properly ripened pepper varieties.

 

It will only smell of pepper once the bag is opened. A specific area is not needed to store the goods to avoid contamination by odors. It is usually used in ready meals and has a very unique and distinguished flavor.

Diced: 

Aseptic canned or in pouch, the Red Fire roasted pepper dices, 10x10 mm. Made only from sound, mature red peppers, free of mould and infestation.

 

Process: disheartening, washing, dicing, citric acid solution 0,7% addition and then go into aseptic filling.
